Toldeo may be gone for 2009, but it's far from forgotten! The links to the left will remain active until next year's show! Enjoy.

Your webmaster and site owner, Rick Tressler

Welcome to my website and thanks for stopping by. This site is a work in progress. I post to the site on a fairly regular basis. Occasionally, I'll rearrange some of the pages and content to keep things interesting.

Much of what's posted on these pages has to do with my building and flying activities. Model airplanes can become quite sophisticated and I like to share my experiences with others in hope they will learn from it.

The site has grown considerably since I started it back in 2007. Since then I've built several planes with the most recent project being the Cermark F16 propjet. It's almost done. An updated post is pending.

I wrote a tutorial that provides extensive information they can use to educate themselves on what's involved in getting into the RC hobby. Click here to download the tutorial in PDF format.

I am a member of the Westerville Model Aeronautics Association and fly at Dinneen Field, the official flying site of the club. The field offers plenty of space to set up models and fly. The runway is 900 feet long and 75 feet wide, with a turf surface that is very well maintained. It is a public field and a current AMA license is required to be displayed in the frequency control board. Regular fliers are encouraged to join WMAA, but membership is not a requirement to fly here. Feel free to have a look around and drop me a note
