Greetings from sunny and warm Orlando.

It's been a busy time in the shop and on the road out here in the good ol' USA. Check out the Update Directory for recent changes and additions to the site.


Jet Done
The jet is done! Finally. The maiden flight will be on Saturday, May 2nd - weather permitting. After all this time, I'm not in a hurry to go out and fly it in less then good conditions.

This project had its moments and my hope is that it will fly as good as the others I have seen on You Tube. It came in at just under 11 pounds; 2 pounds more than the spec of 9 pounds, which I question. I know where some of the added weight came  from; bigger engine, lighting battery, bigger muffler, lighting system and bigger rx battery. All that doesn't add up to 32 oz. by a long shot, though.

What Else is Going On?
Well, the Yak needs a complete going-over before the summer season. The Doddger pylon plane needs its engine installed and the whole plane needs a complete checkout. It's been sitting in the basement since I got it a couple months ago. Too little time - too much to do.

Summer's going to be here soon along with the warm weather...
